FHR Website Restructure

We are a nonprofit school and clinic serving young children who are deaf or hard of hearing. We need to restructure our website: • We rebuilt our website this past year o It was and is oriented around the school, which we need to adjust o Community Boost created it in conjunction with a Google Ad grant ($10K/month Google ad credits), which allowed us to optimize SEO o It’s in Wordpress o The content is largely OK o It needs some cleanup, principally Team bios o Also, we need enrollment form functionality • We want to make some changes because we now have four lines of service and it’s confusing for their visitors to see the website focus on the brick-and-mortar chool o Each LOS should have a landing page and links to enrollment and other materials o We need to think about what material is common to all LOS  LSL/industry information  Testimonials  Team  Donation o We don’t want our changes to upend SEO/site visit history that leads the engine to direct visitors to our site • We need: o A website designer who can set the structure, preserving/optimizing SEO Our objective is to build social media relationships among users who share devotion to teaching spoken language to their babies and young children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
