Interactive UI design using HTML, CSS, JS, Vue.js

Seeking a skilled front-end developer for interactive UI design using HTML, CSS, JS, and Vue.js. The projects consist of developing part of a user interface for an online game. The user interface is to be created through conventional web development methods using languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JS and Vue.js. Front-end web developers are therefore qualified. No game development experience needed. The contract is for the development of the user interface and it's user interaction features that will run in a CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) web browser. Integration of the UI into the game will be done by the employer, not the freelancer, but with the help of JavaScript functions that will handle the transfer of data between the browser-based UI and the game engine. Such JavaScript functions will be created by the freelancer as part of the project, with instructions and assistance from the employer. The user interface to be built is a player inventory system. It will include a good, user-friendly design which the employer will provide the basic layout for. Apart from the web design, the user interface will also include interactive features which are created through JavaScript and VueJS (and potential other frameworks the freelancer may wish to include if approved by employer first). Such interaction features include drag & drop, reorganizing items, toggle-able lists/menus/categories, visual feedback and more. This project requires extensive back-and-forth communication about details during development. Good English communication skills are therefore a must. While this project is limited in nature, it is not a quick design job, and we ask that you take this into consideration before submitting your bid. The estimated budget frame is $250-$350.
