Modify Classic ASP site to use Bootstrap layout using a specific Template

I have an older site that was written in ASP Classic. I would like to have it updated to look more current and operate in a more friendly way using Bootstrap type functionality. Specifically using a template from ; [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] There are roughly 60 ASP pages (scripts). They all use Tables instead of DIV statements. You will need to ; a) Modify all pages to use DIV instead of TABLE so the pages will operate as Responsive. There are a few online sites that can accept input of a Table script and return modified DIV script which might be helpful speed up the conversion for you. b) Add in Bootstrap template (css3 html5) to make the pages look more like a modern Wordpress site. Pages should make use of built in editing from the template and Lightboxes (template tools) for popup messages and input of information where appropriate. c) If you come across any bad programming issues in the current code we can discuss and I will consider paying extra to fix those issues. i) Please provide a couple of links of examples you have done previously ii) Please advise an estimated time frame - I will show you the website so you can estimate iii) If you have an alternative suggestion for example using ASP.net instead I am willing to consider other options just let me know.
