PSD to CSS/HTML for existing Ruby App

We are seeking an experienced frontend developer for a quick project. The developer must be able to take PSD files and convert them to usable, clean CSS. You’ll be creating new pages (with new elements) that are very similar to our existing pages. So we’ll ask you to start with our current style sheets, and add your new elements to our current CSS. You will also need to provide frontend development for certain UI functions which should be accomplished with JavaScript/jQuery. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team for this job and work closely with our developers to produce CSS that is as close to the provided PSDs as possible. After you’re done, our full-stack developers will follow behind you. Because of this, we prefer developers who are familiar with Ruby on Rails. Your work must be able to integrate with Ruby on Rails. Any knowledge and understanding of the Rails asset pipeline, Sprockets and SASS preferred would be a big plus. You’ll have roughly 8 PSDs to convert which represent different variations of the same page. An example of the existing page and the new page has been attached. The examples are representative of the other pages in styling and work involved. Please have a portfolio available, code snippets preferable. You’ll be asked to sign a NDA before beginning work.
