Re-site and rebuild my website

I have an existing website [login to view URL] built by myself using WIX. I have been advised that WIX isn't very useful for what I want to do. The site is hosted by WIX at the moment (until April 2021) but I will entertain re-siting it. I haven't performed SEOs or anything like that. I want to change the whole look and feel, title, and purpose of my website. I am an author and consultant, but the current website is focused solely on my latest book. I want my new website to concentrate on getting me consulting and advisory work! To this end, I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can advise me on the best way to generate consulting work (e.g. he/she has worked with consultants before and can show what works and what doesn't). Once that is done, I anticipate us designing the new website, then you building it. I expect to run email marketing campaigns (I will write the content - it's what I do being a writer) and have an active blog. I will probably want to put short videos and webinars on the site to create a freemium approach. Any other ideas you might have to attract traffic and work to the site will be welcome. I don't anticipate any e-commerce, but that is up for discussion - perhaps I could sell templates, checklists, etc. which cover the work I do. I am looking to build a following, some of whom will use my consulting services and some who will recommend me. My target audience is executives (This is important - my work is almost always at a C-CUite level). Please do NOT respond to this if you are not experienced in advising, designing, and building consulting and advisory websites. Please also include examples of sites you have built or been involved in.
