Website designer for South African wholesale venison meat business

We are a small company dedicated to producing, manufacturing and distributing indigenous South African meats. We need a website built from scratch that markets our products attractively with the aim of boosting our sales. Our company supplies distributors who then sell on to individuals/other companies. Our website will therefore need to convince the customer they want our product, and then direct them to a distributor in their area where they can purchase our product. Alternatively, it should convince a distributor that our product is one they want to sell. As a result, most of what we need is front-end development. The website will not support online sales, and thus not need to process any monetary transactions. We already have a brand name and slogans, as well as some professional photographs to work with. The website will have to match the theme of our already existing packaging. I have quite a good idea of what I would like, but would like to work with someone who also ideas. I would like the process to be quite involved and for the process to be iterative. Knowledge of Photoshop will be an advantage. My estimate of the amount of time this project should take is between two and five days. We will provide much more detail about the specifics on the website in due course.
