Websites Needed.. NOT templates

AdSharks needs some quality webdesigners to design several complete websites for advertising purposes.

What do I mean by complete website??:

The site must be complete. NOT a template, NOT under construction, NOT coming soon, and NO lorem ipsum dummy text as filler. etc.

So when the user goes to a contact page: Contact info is shown. When they go to about us page, some history of the company is given, when they click "products" a list of products might be displayed, etc.

LET'S MAKE THIS CLEAR:

Our site is going to tell people that they can advertise on SITE YOU CREATED

So SITE YOU CREATED must look like a 100% real and functional website.

If a visitor goes to the website and says.. this looks like a template.. or this looks like a fake site.. or sees lorem ipsum dummy text.. they will not want to advertise with us. So this type of site is USELESS for us.

BUT

If a visitor goes to the site and says WOW this site is professionally done, then they might decide to advertise with us.

EXACT REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY SITE DESIGNED

1) Home page (or index) file must be complete: Have REAL words and real text. Welcome to sitename.com.. site name is a...

2) About us page (about): Founded in year XXXX, we have been a retailer of high quality XXXXXX for blah blah blah

3) Contact Us (contact) Uses either a contact form with no other contact info listed, or have a REAL address list that can be verified by google maps.. NO phone number should be listed on the site just info at websitename or sales at websitename etc.

4) Products and/or Services page.. This page should list real products or describe real services that the "site" offers. Some may offer both.. some only offer one.. Must be believable.. don't say we are selling pocket watches for 5 cents or hats for 10 million dollars.

5) Frequently asked questions page or a help page.. Let say you design a site for me that sells hats. You would have a FAQ section saying questions like What size hats do you sell.. and answers like our small hats are 15cm in diameter, our medium hats are 20cm in diameter etc.. all must give the appearance of being a real site. 10 FAQs minimum..

DON'T WORRY: We are not scamming anyone, we are letting advertisers advertise for FREE on the network of sites that YOU the designer will create. As our NETWORK of FAKE sites gets bigger, more and more advertisers will want to advertise for free on our network and HOPEFULLY some REAL sites (not fake ones) will join the network. Once REAL sites have joined the network, the fake ones will be removed and then money will be charged for the service.

Price: In order to stay within our budget we can offer $10 to $25 maximum per site. This seems dirt cheap but it really isn't... I can and have and I am still designing these sites in 1 hour or 2 tops I just.. need hundreds and only can make 4 or 5 a day.

NOTE: These sites don't have to be original.. you can copy old website designs.. use websites you were never paid for.. change the name of websites you own.. or basically get the source code, images, or anything from anywhere you want.. As long as the site looks NICE and REAL.. don't slave in photoshop and notepad coding.. make the sites as quick as possible any way you can..

I will buy it if I think people would believe its a real site.

What kinds of sites do I want:

Retail sites: If you do a retail site you have to fill it with products we are selling and prices..

Blogs: If you design a blog fill it with real looking posts.

Content site: fill it with content about the topic you choose.

Informational site: How it [url removed, login to view] style fill it with info..

etc.

So now's your chance to cash in on designs you were never paid for.. or to build feedback, and make money quick and easily
