WORDPRESS: Build out online forms that integrate with paypal and email autoresponder

I am the webmaster for a wordpress website ( w c k o dot org) On this page we have a “registration” section, this section needs a bunch of work. 1. I need to revise the existing registration forms so that they not only are integrated with paypal and we can accept payment , but also integrated with an email autoresponder (mailchimp probably, we can it to be free for the first subscribers) so we can send out emails and download the spreadsheet for each one. 2. Each individual registration form will have its own price and will have its own mailing list in mailchimp so we can communicate to each group on its own. 3. All the forms should look professional and like a document, so there should be some light css work to make the forms look professional. 4. In addition to the ones we have on the page already, we are going to need to add more forms from this website: (http://wkausa. Com / [login to view URL] ) 5. In total these are the forms that we need to make that must be integrated with paypal and mailchimp and have their own list: -Federation Association Registration Form -Gym Registration Form -Fighters/Member Registration -Seminar Registration Form -Event Registration Form (one that will not have a price, but it should have its own email list that is integrated so we can donwload the database) -Cornerman Registration Form -Official Registration Form (one that will not have a price, but it should have its own email list that is integrated so we can donwload the database) -Promoter Registration Form -Fighter Medical (the forms will be edited for you, but the button for this will be a different color) -Amateur -Professional 6. The forms from the other site will be pretty much the same as the one already there,same fields, but we will switch up the text a little bit and also the look should be different so it matches out brand and looks like official document with logo up top, etc. (css edit) So there will be a total of 10 mailing lists, 8 of them will be integrated with paypal also.
