Integrate Windows programs, synchronize, email, decrypt

Don't bid without reading and agreeing to the requirements & rules. Qedoc Player ([login to view URL]) stores results in its Player\users folder. The player name is stored in an .ini file ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.) and the results in an encrypted .qdf file within a folder (user000, user001, etc.) Unfortunately one player may submit their results then edit their player name and submit the same results as another student. To avoid this I want each user that has the ability to submit to have a serial number (e.g. from CrypKey) that is encrypted and cannot be changed (thus files will be submitted in the name of [login to view URL] regardless of what player name they take). To do this I want an installation process that installs the Qedoc Player, synchronization software and emailing software. I would like this all done as a virtual software (e.g. cameyo) so that it can run on a usb in an administrative locked computer. The ability to add a serial number to a Player (e.g. user001) later. The ability to change the serial number of a Player (e.g. user000) with the warning and consequence of losing all results. The ability to put in mail setting (e.g. POP) and the email address the file is sent to. The ability to enable/disable email. The ability to email results when there is an internet connection (e.g. when software is started & closed then ping website and email results if ping successful). The emailed results need to be processed on a server. I think the process would be - delete old Player folder contents, copy emailed results to Player folder, start Qedoc Player, Choose Player, Load Module, Print certificate to XML, Print results to XML, convert XML to txt, process txt, email collected results to teacher (all students put in a csv file). I need this working by mid-November. I will pay for the additional software required for the server (I don't yet have web hosting). I would prefer to run my home computer for a few hours per day to pick up emails and process them. Additional software for the Client can only be a one-off cost and not a per user cost, so open source is the best. All purchased software will belong to me and only be on loan during the production phase. A POSSIBLE setup: On a website Client purchases software via an online portal with address verification (e.g. MAILman: [login to view URL]) The transaction details are sent to crypkey ([login to view URL]) for a 12 month DAL license, which could be hosted on my computer or on their server. This information is sent to me. At home I print out address labels and post a DVD with the serial number. Software > 1GB. On the client machine/usb Install software with serial number/s and encrypt as this will become the main record key. An administration program allows setup and modification of emailing function and keys. Using synchronization software, such as Tuocon ([login to view URL]) the serial key can be encrypted, the Qedoc Player\users folder can be synchronized, the serial and users folder can be compressed into one file via command line scripting. Using a windows mailing software, such as mailsend ([login to view URL]) a script could send this zip file to my email. My server could then: Pick up each email decompress the file use Tuocon to decrypt the serial number use macro program, such as jitbit ([login to view URL]) to - run Qedoc Play with the user file from the email and print the file to an xps file (name base using the serial number). - use xps to text program, such as Able2extract ([login to view URL]) to batch process the xps files into text files with the same name - use a text parsing software, such as email2db([login to view URL]) to combine all the results and email them to the nominated emails and/or create a html page to put onto my website (not yet in existence)
