Record Audio from desk conversation in 2 channels and upload to server

The project is about first step, Record Audio from desk conversation in 2 channels and upload to server. The executive will be receiving customers, and we need to split those sessions, by script that starts and finish same each time, also filter by silence, or other variables could make recognize the start and finish of the session. Use the 2 channels, 2 microphones to differentiate audio from executive, and customer, to analyse and hear in the server. Also, second step, is transcript audio to have the words related, and conversation writen to make alerts and other stuff.
