I have a windows 10 machine that will not print to my wifi connected printer. Two other laptops have no problem connecting to the printer. When I run the HP printer test it prints fine. When I run the microsoft printer test it fails. I can't even print to the microsoft PDF printer. I have reinstalled the printer drive a number of times and I have tried using the microsoft driver with no suceess. I have restarted the printer spooler service a number of times with the same result. I have looked in the log viewer and it has not shown any failed events for the printer. All my virius and spam detection is up to date and not detecting any malware. I have googled the web and have not found any suggestion that fixes the problem. If you take on this task payment will only be made once I can successfully print from MS Office prorgams and print. All windows 10 updates have been applied.
