wordpress to facebook page connection plugin / app

I am looking for a wordpress plugin similar to [login to view URL] but that will publish to a fan page / business page rather than a user profile. I have asked the developers of the existing plugin about this function and they do not intend to add this, but encouraged another developer to run with it. Essentially I need a plugin for a self hosted wordpress blog that will publish blog posts to the wall of a fan page including a photo, author name (from WP) and with links leading to the original blog post. (vs. notes or rss) I would also love if any comments made on facebook to the post could be copied back to the blog as comments, but I am not sure that can be done. Please be well versed in Facebook apps as well as Wordpress plugins to bid this project. Payment will be escrow and please bid accurately. Also your bid should include a reasonable period of support to test with my blog and get the plugin running smoothly. I would welcome bids outside the budget specified with solid references and work history. Please also specify an hourly rate for updates as needed (wordpress version changes, FB api chages etc...)
