Developer need to make changes in a wordpress module

In our website we have a module with 3 counters. 1. #Continents 2. #Countries 3. #Messages The plugin that we used is the following: [login to view URL] For this last one (3. #Messages) we would like to have a developer make some changes. 1. We would like to be able to add .(dots) and , (comma’s) on the thousand… So we get e.g. 15.000.248 or 15,968,986, instead of 15000248. (please find the current counters on the website [login to view URL]) 2. In addition we would like the 3rd counter to keep on adding 2 per 1 second. As you can see, this already works… but when the cache is cleared, you start at the given starting number. 3. We would like all counters to start when it is visible on the screen; not earlier. All the described setting should be changeable by us. Should you require the plugin files or access to the website, please let me know.
