Make the browsers start my homepage

Browsers normally refuse videos on a homepage to move and sound when a visitor enters the page. The browsers see a risk that underaged children will be shown live porno. There is a way to make the browsers admit your videos on your homepage to start to move and sound and loop without the visitor needing to prompt the videos to move. On my site [login to view URL] there is a Warning page which is installed as a popup with instructions to the browser that it can start activating the videos when the visitor indicates on this popup-warning-page that he/she is over 18 years old. When this is done, the browser, abandons its normal rule and let all videos on the homepage be fully activated and move and sound and loop. Check my site [login to view URL] to see how this works (Safari is not always reliable). This is a WP/Gutenberg site. Now I have another site, [login to view URL], written in WP/DIVi which does not have this function on its's homepage and hence the site opens up dead with no video movements and no sound. What i need in this job is somebody who fully understands the issue and if you don't know how to accomplish this at least try to find out how it can be done. A developer installed this function with the /Gutenberg site. Now I need somebody who understands how to do it with my /DIVI site. This is the job.
