Flash website design with XML for CMS - repost

Hello, We are looking for a designer to assist us in developing a website for a online marketing company. We have identified templates on Template Monster that we would like to include and/or adapt for our website. If required we are willing to purchase the templates for use on a single website, however the cost for each template will be subtracted from the development budget. In your bid please let me know if we will need to purchase templates or if you will create the design from scratch. We will provide content and details on how we would like each sub page designed and to function. We would like the majority of the website to be flash, but there may be areas that should just be a 'regular' html/html5/etc. layout but it should all work together seamlessly. A section of the website will also have a blog (Wordpress) and the design should be customized to fit the rest of the webiste. We would also like the flash content to be pulled from XML and a CMS/Admin area to be developed, too. Please let me know if this is included in your bid - if not we will have to use other designs to create the CSM, and this too will come from our overall project budget. Templates Website Intro: [login to view URL] The home page should have the look, feel, and music of [login to view URL] The special flash effect when you mouseover the top navigation menu should also take place when use mouse over company name at top. Instead of squares the service icons should be a ball shape like on [login to view URL] When a user mouse overs a square a short service description should show up l as shown on [login to view URL] But when a user click a service icon the transition animation should be like [login to view URL] (when user clicks ball, balls come on screen, and etc….when user closes a page, balls animation happens, and user goes back to home page). Sub page layout designs will vary based on content, For example, we offer hosting packages and will want it presented on our website like the content is displayed on this template: [login to view URL] (this template is just to provide an example of how the layout for this specific sub page should look like. We will not be purchasing this template. But will purchase the templates mentioned above. Again we will provide as much content, details/samples for page designs and function as possible to help you create what we would like the FIRST time to reduce the amount of revisions required as we would like to launch our website within 2 weeks. Please show sample work in PMB; It is helpful if you show how you recreated templates, developed flash designs, and show me back end CMS examples, too. If you create mock designs to specific to the details I have given so far that would also be helpful in making a decision. Please let me know how much support you will provide, preferred methods of communication (etc. Skype, Google Chat, Phone, E-mail, etc.) Please stay within budget.
