Flash Website

INTRO:

It will need a short intro which will be a simple set of image and text transitions following a music loop (maybe some lighting or cool effect, I will allow creative freedom on this). I will provide the images and text to be included to make your job easier if you like.

I need a Flash website created similiar to one of the sites below, it should include a FLV player (basic player with controls and fullscreen mode), and an image gallery (basic controls), and some pages of company information. Both videos and images called up from directory via XML. The site, should be sleek and modern with a Glossy/3D look and feel, but with a touch of flare. I will provide a description of the website to those that can show the skills I am looking for, in the meantime once again refer to the sample websites.

I will provide all hi res images to be used for the website which will simplify your job, as well as a description for the banner/header,etc. I will need to see at least 3 samples of your work (please try to show me something simliar to the sample sites)to be considered for the project. I would also like it to be able to have some sort of tracking (track visitors: IP, When, where did they came from, Time spent on the website, Exit page, Landing pages, unique visitors, countries, languages, browsers, Hours, etc), as this will be connected to a community site.

I will need a NDA signed on awarding of the project, as this is a sensitive client. NO TEMPLATES, original works only as I have no time for copyright violations, or infringements.

I will place the payment in escrow once the client has approved the draft, and will release the payment on reciept of the final files.
