Konnichiwa! I am Yasuo Mitani, Japanese. I am a 20 years experienced software engineer skilled in English. Because I used to stay in the U.K and U.S for five years when I was a child, I have at least English skills at a conversational level. As a system engineer, my strong point is programming. I know Java, C, C#.NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, EXCEL VBA. I am familiar with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MY SQL, and PostgreSQL. I have an ability to write SQL, creating databases, and specify table relationships. Not only programming but also I took part in design specifications (Basic design, Detailed design), and Test(unit test, Join test). I wrote several documents. Screen specification, DB-Table specification, output-report specification, program specification, test specification, UML, and so on. Through 20 years, I created a relationship with a lot of engineers. We can help each other anytime. I can say this is my skill also. As a translater, I often translated JP/ENG technological documents, emails, manuals, and so on into ENG/JP. Because few Japanese people are familiar with English, there's no one else in the project besides me who could play the role of translating. Speaking, listening, reading, and writing English is one of the top skills I have. My job law is: 　・Carefulness(Double-check at least twice.) 　・Accuracy(Avoid the cause of bug.) 　・Power(Once determined, move first, put all my ability, get the chance.)
