I have a Master in Finance Degree at London Business School and Columbia Business School(#1 Master in Finance according to the Financial Times and QS Ranking). Additionally I passed the CFA level 1 exam and I am a candidate for level 2. I am currently working in an investment banking firm which offers financial services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising (from banks or investors), financial consulting, strategic consulting and in general financial services with the objective of improving the cash flow, profits and profitability of the company and its shareholders. I have done projects from Europe, United States, Asia and Latin America. I specialize in creating financial models, presentations for investors and banks, analyzing financial strategies, doing market research and obtaining financial resources. Additionally, I worked at Venture Funds in Dubai, Europe and USA, at PepsiCo in the Andean Zone (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia) in corporate finance and financial planning. I was in charge of creating financial models and presentations for projects and strategies that increased the company's profitability. Previously, i worked at Banco de Bogotá, which belongs to Grupo Aval, the 8th largest financial group in Latin America. I was in charge of analyzing the credit risk of companies and individuals who applied for credit. In total I was in charge of analyzing a portfolio of $600 million euros.
