Description:
iReli is a project in insurance domain that allows customers to insure different items like home, vehicle, watercraft etc. Manufactured Home is one of the Line of Businesses (LOB) belonging to this iReli system. The policies are created for the prospective clients by different agents based on their privileges. In this system, before creating a policy, a quote is created for the insured person with minimum required information, premium is calculated thereafter, and then this quote is converted into policy after approval from the customer. The agent can directly perform both these activities, once again depending on the privileges that they have.
Policy Administration is a big system which process the whole life cycle of a policy which contains the transactions like Endorsement, Cancellation, Reinstatement, Rewrite, Renewal etc.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding business requirements
• Communicating with the offshore QA Team & Onsite team for clarification of requirements
