Plan your work, work your plan, your plan will work (Paul R. Niven) What makes a business better than its competitors? That was the question I kept asking myself ever since I first saw all those big product brands and wondered what they had that the other small brands didn’t, and so my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to look for the answer myself. If there is a one thing that I have experienced that, there are so many scenarios that are not covered in any text book or study courses, after getting education things that can only learn through experiencing them personally at first hand, and throughout my career I have worked with various companies and learned. Such different scenarios have successfully guided and helped me to develop a diverse set of skills including adaption to changing technology, pricing & distribution, brand management, product development, segmentation, manufacturing, operations, supply chains, sales, support & services distribution network, activation, information needs and deciding the overall long term strategic direction that a business wants to take. I am a visionary, I believe that innovation is necessary to keep up with the pace at which the technological advancements are moving and I am sure we can all agree that this impacts all business greatly regardless of what activities they are involved in.
