I have been working for national & international organizations since August 1993. At present I am working for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Pvt. Limited, New Delhi, India as the Program Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (Consultant) - Local Fund Agent (LFA) of the GFATM (Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria). My role is to monitor the GFATM funded activities of its partners in Bangladesh and provide them with capacity building supports. The partners of GFATM in Bangladesh include National AIDS & STD Program (GOB); ICDDRB, Save the Children, Care Bangladesh, Bandhu Social Welfare Society, Light House, Mukto Akash Bangladesh, Ashar Alo Society, APOSH and others. Positions I hold in the past in different organizations included Program Director, Programme Manager, M&E Specialist, Project Coordinator, Team Leader, Site Coordinator, Project Manager, Programme Officer etc. I have experience on rights based approach and worked in the fields of poverty alleviation, women empowerment, health and nutrition, HIV/AIDS, adolescents and youth development, human rights etc. I have expertise in the fields of planning, monitoring, capacity building, partnership development & management etc. I worked for different types of population including ethnic minorities, transport workers, sex workers (brothel based, street based and residence based), MSM/MSW, transgender population, People Who Inject Drug (PWID), People Living with HIV & AIDS (PLHIV) etc.
