We are trying to build an app wherein registered users can chat/call with each other on a click of a button for a business need. The chat messages need not be stored at the end of the day. We would like both android and ios users to be able to use the app. If a free map api can be used to identify registered users within a short distance say zero to 3 km range would be a great advantage.
The code should be able to register users- Name, date of birth, address( flat number, building name, street, area, city, country,pin code), mobile number
It should be able to verify mobile number using OTP
It should allow a registered member (member 1) to post a service. It should allow another registered member (member 2) to accept the service request on a click and then to be able to chat and call member 1. Code should include feature to cancel service request after either posting or accepting service.
Map should be able to identify registered users within a particular range say zero to 3 km. Ideally user should have option of increasing or decreasing range.
Would prefer code in React.

  Yes, design is ready. at the core of it is 2 buttons. service provider can provide service at a particular date and time. Person accepting service at click of button should be able to chat with service provider and then confirm service. If map can be used to identify registered users within a short range will be great. I can post a small flowchart if you so desire.
