I require a freelancer with experience in video editing/colour correction/colour grading to edit my 25 second fashion ad as some footage is overexposed.

The video itself is quite choppy and fast paced as the scenes change with the background beat. It has been edited as required using Premiere Pro CC 2015, so it simply requires colour grading to make it feel more like an advert and give it more of a professional/cinematic styled look.

  Yes, that shouldn't be a problem as long as it can be converted and colour graded as required - it was originally edited using Premiere Pro CC.

If you want best results, you should upload the video in its native quality, because current 13.9 Mbps MP4 fromat will limit the range of improvements that can be done to the footage.
