i need a video whiteboard for an organization that advises consumers on various product defects and recalls. i want the overall style to be simple., black and white but certain things i want to be color....depending on the focus of that scene.,...

ive attached some example scenes to show you the kinda stuff i want........and like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnUn0xkinp4 ...potentially sound effects and a voiceover if possible

1. a scene where a family with kids is sitting in living at home watching TV, playing games, a baby crawling, parents on smart phones, 1 tablet charging at a table, but i want other customary electronics visible (like a lamp, a computer etc in the background)....focus is on electronics and products.....

2. a scene where the mother and baby are in kitchen , there are the typical refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc and mother is making food (show various foods) using these and other typical appliances (toaster, coffee maker etc)...and it briefly shows all the appliances on and operating (ie. toast pops out of toaster)....and during this mom is also feeding baby while baby in high chair..,.sweeping and mopping the floor....maybe have a roomba moving around on floor........

3. then a scene with mother and baby in the babys room with crib, changing table, toys, other baby products etc...and show the mom and baby doing things in the room...focus is on the baby products, furniture etc....

4. a scene at an office where various people are working with computers, voip phones, surge protector/extension cords, a fax machine, a copy machine etc and show some animations of this as well....

5. a scene that shows various vehicles driving on the highway (some large tractor trailer trucks, cars, SUVs, motorcycles etc) just traveling on highway...focus is on the vehicles and tires and then the scene changes into the interior of the vehicle to show a family with kids, a baby in car seat, and then shows the dashboard and focuses in on dashboard and shows errors with car then the vehicle pulls over to side of road...

6. finally a scene at a pharmacy where an elderly couple (one with cane, one in wheelchair) is discussing the prescriptions, showing diff prescription bottles, bottles of supplements and a box for a medical device.
