Create a nice letterhead with logo and contact info

In this I've changes the template color from the previous one. As I said I can submit in any format you want, also in Word 2016. I'll make changes in this in future if you need free of charge. I've designed this by keeping in mind your requirements of margin and contact info. I'm uploading 2 images so you get clear insight of the template.
