I want a signature designed for my business emails that has my name, my title, my contact details and also has clickable buttons that link to my facebook page, instagram, linkedin, and my website.

I want the same thing for word documents, with a digitised signature as well.

I have attached a copy of my outlook email signature that I haven't managed to get working properly so you my title etc.

I want it to look modern, not too complex or fancy. I obviously need the buttons to work some some coding skills maybe required.
