Design a billboard sign for a new condo development

I designed this keeping in mind your needs . used the barn wood as borders . used the anchor in such a way that half of it is in one side and half is on other side . USED THE CONSTRUTION GRAPHIC TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WE ARE BUILDING . used the construction map as background to give it a more construction feel . kept it attractive by making the text look 3d . FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED . THE SIZE OF THE PSD DOCCUMENT IS SAME AS U STATED IN DESCRIPTION SO THAT THERE WOULDNT BE ANY PROBLEM IN PRINTING . REGARDS - LAKSHAY .
