Hi guys!

I am in need of a cartoon character to be designed for a book I am releasing. I want something similar to the Vault Boy from the Fallout Game series (I have attached a file to show what he looks like). I like how classic he is, with a 50s vibe, but also versatile and can be drawn doing different activities.

For this project, I only require him to be in a neutral stance and angled slightly to the side (just like the examples).
IF THIS PROJECT GOES WELL THERE WILL BE MORE PAID WORK FOR THE WINNER!

Soo.. Didn't like the second one ? The thing is, having no actual information on the character (aside from looking like Vault Boy), I don't really know how he is supposed to be, how he should stand, what he would do, etc... Could you please enlighten me about those things ? Like, what is the book actually about ? Thanks !
