I need a logo designed for our new initiative.

The initiative is described in the attached pdf.
An initial logo was designed (see attachment), but it is not satisfactory.

It needs to include that this is an initiative by the Netherlands Red Cross, but this should not be a central part of the logo. It should be possible to remove that statement later.
