We require a unique icon/typographic style logo design for "Prestige Property Agents" a real estate company.

The colours we prefer are white and gold type/icon on a black background.

The winning design should be a professional and simplistic vector file format as it will be utilized in signage as well as print production.

DO NOT present designs in perspective we need to view them square on a black background.

Final files set must include Illustrator CS5 working file format and fonts used, do not use stock clipart we require a totally original design
