This contest is to create a new logo for our trading name Satsecure. We specialise in CCTV Security. We want to portray our security products and solutions as easily accessible to the wider market, that you don't have to be a techie to engage or purchase from us, and yet show that it is professional and very high quality. Our website is www.satsecure.uk. We want the logo to resonate with the following themes/words: Trustworthy, approachable, personable, friendly, expert.

We would like to have a logo/brand where both the font of Satsecure stands strong by itself and the logo can do the same if they do not appear together.

Note: Although we specialise in CCTV, we want the logo to be versatile enough to include all aspects of security to future proof our expansion. Therefore no images or designs of specific products to be included, e.g. Cameras, shields, alarms, padlocks etc. However, something depicting 'security' as a whole is ok.


Brand Name: Satsecure

Conditions of the contest:


• Must not conflict with an existing brand’s trademark.
• If you use any publicly available fonts, you must state what you have used and only use fonts that have a license available for commercial use and trademarking. All entries will be checked for this.
• The logo must be recognisable in black and white as well as colour.
• Please do not submit logos with shields, padlocks, cameras, or any other obvious or overused security symbols.

Notes:

• Artwork should be provided to us in a vector format preferably .ai, however, if you cannot create vector images but would still like to participate then a high resolution (4000px) .png may also be accepted.
• Consider creating a unique font with integrated imagery, we have access to thousands of fonts already so a standard font on its own will not be accepted as it is not your original creation.
• No .CDR files, please.
• If you use a font which is not your own as part of your design, YOU MUST state what you have used. We can and will check this on all top entries.

    Hi everyone, We'd just like to clarify a few things:

    1. This is not a fake contest.
    2. We are aware of possible copyright and trademark issues.
    3. A lot of entries were rejected for not following the brief and its notes: 'Although we specialise in CCTV, we want the logo to be versatile enough to include all aspects of security to future proof our expansion. Therefore no images or designs of specific products to be included, e.g. Cameras, shields, alarms, padlocks etc. However, something depicting 'security' as a whole is ok.'.
    4. This is our second run of the contest. Combined, the contests have been open for 2 months.
