  > We want the logo to be a graphite grey colour. 
  > Also we would like for every design to have a black and white version please.
  
  Design:
  > We are looking for a hybrid of #63 and #14 .
  > We would like the design to be a cross between a house and building/commercial setting i.e. between a house in #63 and building in #14 .
  
  Font:
  > The font in #63 is the one we would like.
