I need an advertisement visual for a real estate company that buys shares of houses or apartments from people. To explain this, you can imagine that some apartment can be owned by 1 person, and when he dies, his heirs (for example 4 people) get it, so each person has 1/4 share of the property now. If one of them needs money and wants to sell his share to us, he can, even if the other owners don't like it (they usually don't)

I have already some graphics made by AI, I love the concept, but I need refinements now. The AI refuses to get rid of black people and update it further. It insists on diversity. Stupid AI. Our company operates in a country where there are NO BLACK PEOPLE AT ALL so it makes no sense to include minorities there.

The scene shows a middle-aged woman, standing in front of a nice-looking property, holding a document symbolizing the contract. Behind her, there's a group of people - young and elderly. They are looking frustrated or disconnected. So in the foreground, a representative of the real estate company (our company), a young Middle-Eastern woman, is handing over a contract for a fair price. The slogan reads: 'Did you inherit a house or apartment share? Sell it to us for a fair price and free yourself from worries!' The overall mood is optimistic, with a clear contrast between the relieved woman and the discontent group behind her.

Now to the changes.

I want to keep the style.

I want to keep the women the same. I like her face and I like her dress. Maybe she could just look more to the "camera", not so much up.

I like how the contract looks, but it may need to be changed to better accommodate the title so it is better visible. So I need the title to be somewhat bigger, and probably the contact text itself (dummy text) not so large.

I need all people white, central european ethnicity. Old are fine, young are fine, both. Basically you will most likely need to change the black man only, but feel free to update all. I want to fix their eyes at least, since they do not appear natural.

I do not care about the particular house at the background, it can be replaced. I would prefer a house from bricks, because in our contry there are rarely houses from wood as like on the image.

I will most likely need it upscaled a lot, so I can print it on 2 x 2 meters paper or so.

I do not mind it being a square, but rectangle 3:2 (w:h) can be also acceptable.

I have no idea how to put contact information there and slogan properly, to make it more visible from distance. The text should be readable easily. Maybe it does not need to be in the title of the contract at all. I need to put there the following texts (in Czech, beware the special characters):

It means:

Have you acquired a share of an apartment or house and don't know what to do with it? Sell your share to us at a fair price and worry free!

I want Czech texts there, and contact info. The first two words (Heritage, Divorce) can be somewhere floating, separated from the other sentence, and also separated from each other, if you like. Email use only single @, freelancer won't allow me to post project details with email address in it.

It would be perfect if there is some sort of fraction mentioned on the image, for example 1/4, 1/12, etc, ... So there is also a visual representation of the fraction of the share.
