- delivered as a photoshop master file with any specific fonts used
- can be presented in Figma or as image files
- two pages: home page and My Account / Dashboard page

This is an online recruitment agency with a focus on using AI to match the best suitable job seeker to an employer. For the basic service, the entire process is automated so both job seekers and employers can immediately get matches. The client likes the design of https://recruitme-app.com/ BUT this is only a guide of design preference, your design is to be unique.

HOME PAGE

a) The design objectives of the website in order of priority are:
i. The site must be clean, user-friendly, and follow a logic flow.
ii. The desired outcome is to educate both jobseeker and employer alike as to what makes us different and as such what will make us effective at matching employer with jobseeker and to create engagement by both parties.

b) Branding.
- no logo as yet, just put a placeholder for the logo.
- Colours: main colour is blood red, other colour is white, see attached image for colours


c) Describing the desired design:
i. Clean,
ii. user friendly and follow a logic flow

f) The areas to highlight on the home page are:

• Large Image Transition or video to the top that communicates the value proposition
• Draw the user attention to their area: Jobseeker or Employer and display action buttons to encourage clicking.
• Allocate design for : statistics; testimonials, and employer logos. These can be activated when desired.


JOB SEEKER MY ACCOUNT / DASHBOARD

Navigation links (you can separate these into a top and main navigation):
- My Account;
- My Profile;
- profile quick view;
- profile full view;
- Job Alerts;
- shortlisted jobs;
- Jobs applied for;
- Referral Program.

In the body area:
- top X jobs alerts (heading “Job Alerts);
- shortlisted jobs;
- Jobs applied for.

For those with free accounts, button to purchase a package to view details and communicate. For paid users, button to view details.

In the top:
you put items you would expect in a My Account page. add to this Staffing Specialist name ( linked to a popup with contact details)
