Project Description:
We are looking for talented architects and designers to create modern chalet designs for a new vacation park in the Netherlands. These chalets must adhere to specific dimensions and style guidelines to ensure a harmonious look within the park.

Specifications:

-Chalet dimensions: 13 meters in length x 4.4 meters in width x a maximum height of 3.1 meters.
-Designs should be modern, fashionable, and appealing to holidaymakers.
- The focus is on the exterior of the chalets. Interior designs are not required.
- It has to be made in a house factory and able to transport

Submission Requirements:

-2D drawings of all sides of the chalets.
-A 3D render of the chalet in perspective in a Dutch environment, preferably in a park setting (please refer to Google for images with the search term "vacation park the Netherlands" for inspiration).
-Ensure realistic texture and lighting in the render to showcase the chalet's appearance in the environment.
-Ensure its a design suited for the Netherlands

Reward:

-The winner of this contest will receive €100.
-All participants whose designs are selected for use will receive €25 per design, including the render in a Dutch environment and park setting.

Submission Deadline: 4 november

Evaluation Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

-Creativity and originality of the design.
-Suitability for a vacation park in the Netherlands.
-Attention to detail in the 2D drawings and 3D render.
-Overall visual appeal.

Submissions and Communication:

-All submissions must be uploaded on Freelancer.com following the standard contest submission process.
-Communication with participants will take place through Freelancer.com to answer questions and provide any necessary clarifications.
