I need someone experienced to draw hair on models in Photoshop. Job will be done on daily basis, probably one model per day, sometimes more, work needs to be done fast, in a couple of hours, so I need someone who have enough free time and who is available to work with me and communicate using email or Skype. I will pay per model instantly after job is done, $30 per one model, we can speak of higher price if your work is really outstanding, payments will be processed through PayPal. I'm searching for experienced digital artist who knows how to draw fantasy style hair, different styles, long hair, short hair, wavy, straight, hair blowing in the wind etc. You will be getting extracted models from me, models images will be on transparent background and you will get instructions for each model hair, usually with some examples so you can see what I need to be done. Hair needs to be done on separate layers and I expect layered .tiff file in return so I can adjust hair color or shape if needed. So please do not participate in this contest if you don't have enough time, I need someone to work with on long term basis.

I have uploaded some files from internet so you can see the hair styles I like, all the files named example_ are uploaded for that reason, file named working files is the one you need to download if you want to try working on the hair, there is layered .tif file with model extracted from the background and the example of the hair done on the same model, I would like to see your attempt of doing something similar to the hair from the example, model will be placed on background with back lightning so her hair needs to have some highlights like you see on the example image.
