I need graphic project in tablet shape (WHITE). On that tablet i want show important information about my clients
I attach mockup. You should pay attention to:

Heading. I need nice part with headings it will be constant part of this table graphic
The other elements i will change each month, so we need it to be in template form
4 equal parts need separated - (information about phone, quotes, jobs sold / real quick quotes / google maps search / locations - google map)
The place for the logo should be constant, but the logo will be changed in another month
The graphics and texts will be changed, but the size and font must be adjusted
We don't want a standard tablet, it must be modern, with thin frames
Please make tittle visible, the most important are phones and quick guotes, ''over $600...'', locations & reviews
