PART C - Balcony Hand Railings

<1> Propose a Modern Balcony Hand Rail design for the Majlis (Please use Metal/Aluminium)
<2> Propose a Modern Balcony Hand Rail design for the Kitchen (Please use Metal/Alum)
<3> Propose a Modern Balcony Hand Rail design for the Master Bedroom
(The current Balcony Hand Rail design is attached as a reference)

PART D - Entrance Door & Staircase

<1> Propose a Modern Entrance Glass Door design for the Building Entrance
(Please use Green Glass. If needed use Black/Grey Door frames)

<2> Propose a nice Entrance Staircase Design & Tiles Colour
(The current Entrance Staircase is attached as a reference)

PART E - Building Garden

<1> Propose a nice Garden Landscape design around the building
(The current building garden is attached as a reference)
