We are looking to move our construction business to a new plot and wanted to find the best possible use for the space. I have uploaded the boundaries of the plot in AutoCad, it is approximately 22,000m2.

The layout should include the following-

1) Concrete batch plant (MUST BE IN THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE PLOT). Area ~5,000m2. NO LONGER TRUE. CHECK EDITS.
2) Warehouse building (s) can be one large warehouse or a number of smaller ones. 2,600m2. Included in these warehouses is a vehicle workshop of 500m2, this must have easy access for construction machinery.
3) Office building 800m2
4) Adequate access roads for construction machinery and larger interlink trucks
5) Machinery and truck parking area 1,000m2
6) Weigh bridge station near the entrance

Access into the site would be from the southern boundary, there is no fixed point to enter from. All boundaries will be walled with a concrete wall.

Please ask questions, and keep checking the brief as it will be updated frequently.

Deliverable is a layout/floor plan in PDF and AutoCAD.

We will be giving out the contract for the working drawings on Freelancer once we have a suitable layout.

***Edits
1. I have uploaded a PDF plan of the plot for those that cannot open the AutoCAD
2. Sorry, I have to change the location of the batch plant to the North end of the plot, in the triangular corner. I have added an extra $100 to the competition to compensate.
3. You wont need to know the GPS location of this plot to win this competition.
4. Office building can be double story. Any building must be at least 1m away from the boundary of the plot.

  Entry and exit will be from one point on the southern boarder. There is no fixed point along that boundary. It allows you to move the entry/exit to best suite your design
