As an organization heavily invested in Jira, Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies, we are seeking an expert to help us overcome the challenges we currently face with our end to end Jira workflow:

Using Jira Product Discovery and Jira Cloud we need a full end to end workflow that starts at idea capture (Jira Product Discovery) and ends at release (Jira Cloud).

The output for this would be a document/PowerPoint capturing all the steps and recommended best practise of the workflow we should use.

We can provide the as is view of what we have right now and we would like you to map out the best workflow for full E2E.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Jira worksflows and Jira implementation.

You will not need access to our Jira for this we have all the documentation you need to provide you with the current process. You will not be required to do the implementation. This is just to provide best practise documentation and examples of how the workflow should work.
