Hello Sir, I present you my logo. Here you can see the scales and text block. You asked for FUN and SERIOUS logo at same time. I think that's bad idea. In my opinion logo of charitable organization should be serious. Also i can propose you a short name for your company but right now I think how unite it with your symbol (scales).
