I've made my version of your expected pamphlet that I hope you like. the red and blue colors scientifically endorse the viewer to either rush to your service or take their time to think positive about your service. Although you could use other colors to help other marketing approaches. I've stuck to only one color because that is artistically pleasing. That's about it, I can edit the template any day in any way you like if you want.
