Note: You will probably need to be in the US or UK to complete this project

I need a video of the final step in completing a Starbucks quest on the Starbucks app, including the awarding of the reward for completing it. Completion of the final step should be achieved by ordering and paying for the final product in the app - there's no need to actually collect the product, nor to show it being collected.

The video should be no more than 30s long. The majority of the shot should show the Starbucks app on the phone, with a finger interacting with it. The only sound on the video should be sounds made by the app.

Video should be 1080p, landscape format. App should be used in portrait format, so there will be some background space - please use a neutral, plain coloured background.

The video will be used in a business context as an example of the power of gamification and personalization in marketing

Hi, regarding your question, I did a run down through the whole app and the rewarding program, for what I understood it’s pretty straight forward, every time you buy a drink you get a star, them you get a free drink every 15 stars and if you reach 50 starts you became a gold member and get access to some perks.

A quest is a game which requires you to buy three things (potentially at certain times or in certain places), when you do you are awarded starbucks stars. If the starbucks app in your country does not have this feature you will not be able to complete this competition and you should not spend further effort on it.

Could you clarify what the 'Quest' is that you are referring to? I cannot find anything titled as such within the app?
