Hello Freelancer Designers!

I need a new logo for a new company! Its for a premium beef/steak cattle company who raises the most valuable (or almost) kinds of cattle - Wagyu!

I honestly don't know much about that market - but I know branding and I know what the owner wants. I need your help for design please.

First, the name: Wasatch Wagyu
The client lives in Utah, USA - which is a mountain state in the Rocky Mountains. And the Wasatch Range is the region's mountains (please Google).

Wagyu - premium Japanese beef. (**note, I do not want anything Asian or Japanese in the design) (Google that too)

We want a logo mark that is bold, strong, rugged, classic (timeless), established (even though we just created it)...and Western.

Ideas: One obvious approach is a WW brand (ie cattle brand). Or a WW with a mountain theme integrated. Unless you have an amazing concept, I suggest another path....and remember, I'm the one that has the most influence over the Winner.

My thoughts are to stay with the name (not focus on a logo mark) Use a strong Western font - with a faded, distressed look...make it older than it is. I/we like the other elements of an arc or lines above and below to include brand copy (est. 2018) or tagline below 'FULLBLOOD BEEF".

Attached are some other companies (out of many online - please research) that I like because it will help frame up ideas to grab, steal and repurpose (just not copy).
