We need a new logo design for an academic tutoring company.

Company tutors elementary and high school students for academic achievement.

What we don't want:

1. Don't re-use the old logo design, i.e. no background colors, etc.

2. Don't use the apple and worm.

3. You don't need to include the current slogan "Your pace, your place, your future"

What we want:

1. Modern looking logo

2. Clean and professional

3. You can use something like the current font, but not required. As long as it looks classy, professional and readable.

Suggestions:

1. Use "ATutorsTouch.com" as a base for the logo and then add something that makes it look academic for teaching and/or learning.

2. You can use the red and green which is in the current logo, OR design the logo to match the colors of the new website design.

3. I am attaching the OLD logo but do not copy it. We don't want the old look.
