I'm starting a new company, Elite Motiv. The word supplements should not be in the logo. Our company does specializes in selling fitness supplements however will branch out to other products. For this, I need a new logo designed.

The ideal logo would be minimalist in style; simple, clean and modern. The logo needs to suit being able to placed on a black background as our products will mainly be matte black.

Key requirements could include:
- Incorporating the letters 'E' and 'M' in a unique design.
- Optional a symbol like a lightning bolt to symbolize energy. Really like the example provided with ME and a lightning bolt within the letters. If something similar could be created with EM and a lightning bolt in middle would be great
- The logo should be unique

I have no specific font preferences, so please use your creativity to make a font choice that fits well with the logo but is also distinctive. If you have a proposal with a different color scheme that fits well on a black backround, I'm open to considering it.

Ideal skills for this job would include:
- Logo design
- Minimalist style
- Creativity in incorporating letters into a unique design
- Understanding of color psychology and design
- Ability to work on a brief with specific requirements and produce creative results
