I am looking for a talented freelancer who can help me create a pitch document for my new German premium restaurant called "Sebald". The restaurant is a blend of traditional and modern styles, and I want to reflect this in the branding and logo design. I am open to suggestions for colors, but ideally, I would like a mix of traditional and modern colors. For the logo design, I am looking for a combination of text and icon.

The restaurant is situated in the city of Nuremberg, Southern Germany, Franconia, very close to the cities famous heritage, Nuremberg castle. The colors red, white, and black are typical for the city and are typically (not exclusively) included in the brand design and concept letter.

The written content for the concept letter (final deliverable: 1 pdf document, 5 pages in total - may be condensed) is provided in the Word file enclosed

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in branding and logo design for restaurants
- Strong understanding of traditional and modern design principles
- Ability to create cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills to ensure the project meets my expectations
