    Hi, I am James, with over 25 years experience working with, programming and automating Microsoft Excel, along with other Office Suite applications, Access, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Visio. In this role I have taken a previous fully manual process and developed applications, processes and automations from scratch to increase productivity and profitability 20 fold. I have EXTENSIVE experience tailoring to specific needs, utilising formulas, functions, VBA and every other tool in the Office suite. Above all that, I have excellent attention to detail and the ability to listen to, absorb and understand what you need, and work with you to deliver exactly what it is you need. In addition, I have created interesting and varied projects utilising Visio and Outlook, all utilising various and diverse assortment of formulas, functions and coding. Also, solely developed and maintained an MS Access CRM, managing over 40,000 contacts, 7,000 customers, with extensive customisation, reporting and updating as needs change. Utilising over 300 forms, 170+ Reports,100+ Tables, 800+ Queries and 60 Modules containing thousands of lines of code, this CRM stood as the core and epicentre of the entire business.
