I am primarily driven by the opportunity to help lift others and see their value. I like working in a team, but work equally well alone. Otherwise, I am a versatile worker, am outgoing and inclusive and like challenges. I get feedback that I come across as sociable, creative and solution-oriented - with a good ability to approach different types of people. I work efficiently, while at the same time there is quality in what I deliver.
