Hello, I am looking for a 2D/3D designer who understands architecture and basic construction. We have a building lot in Florida (USA) that is approximately 45 ft wide and 120 ft deep with a 16 ft alley next to it. We plan to develop the property and want to layout a few "options" on a model to see how it would look. We have 3-4 ideas in mind of different size buildings, parking layouts and features.
You do not have to "design" the actual structural components of the building itself as we need a Florida licensed engineer for that in order to get the permits. But before we hire a local FL builder, we want to narrow down the basic design and layout of the building in model. So, I will provide the survey as well as some basic building concepts that we found on-line. It is your job to draw the features of the lot to scale and model those buildings based upon our comments - for example we may want the building to be a different size / height / add or take away doors / windows etc.....it will be a iterative process and we can pay hourly.
We are not sure how long it will take as we may go through several options / layouts but as part of the deliverable, we want a 3D model of the selected layout - preferably in Google Sketch Up where we can view from all angles.
